3. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide all necessary materials, content, and approvals required for project completion.

• Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information may impact project timelines, and Future Gen Solutions will not be held responsible.

4. Revisions & Modifications

• We offer a set number of revisions based on the project agreement. Excessive revisions beyond this limit may be chargeable.

• Any major modifications requested after project completion will be considered as additional work and may be billed separately.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final website, content, or digital assets delivered by Future Gen Solutions.

• We reserve the right to use completed projects for our portfolio and marketing purposes unless agreed otherwise.

• Any third-party assets (e.g., stock images, plugins) used in the project are subject to their respective licensing agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Future Gen Solutions is not responsible for any loss of business, revenue, or data due to website downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

7. Confidentiality

• We respect client confidentiality and do not share project details, business information, or sensitive data with third parties without prior consent.

8. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate a project if the other party breaches the agreed terms.

• In case of termination, any work completed will be billed, and any outstanding dues must be cleared before project handover.

9. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings within the jurisdiction of India .
